What are the requirements to get a Florida learner’s permit?

To get a Florida learner’s permit, the driver must be at least 15 years old, complete the TLSAE, and provide a parental consent form if under 18. The driver must also pass a vision and hearing test and then complete the permit exam.

What are the rules when having a Florida learner’s permit.

During the first three months after obtaining your learner’s permit, drivers are only allowed to drive during daylight hours. After this, the hours change to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. At all times, the driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver over the age of 21.

No! Go Driving Inc provides hourly lessons and you are under no obligations to continue or fulfill a certain amount of hours.

Typically, yes. While we cannot speak for how much of a discount an individual insurance company will give you, we do provide you with the insurance discount certificates to provide to your insurance company.
